Carefully place the unworn, unwashed item back into its original packaging with all handmade tags still attached to ensure it arrives safely.

Ship the Item

Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your handmade piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
